PineIntro is a trading name of Chainmatic Ltd. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit pineintro.com, book a call, work with us, or when we contact you about a possible introduction, and what you can do about it. We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian law.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Chainmatic Ltd., UIC 208263980, VAT BG208263980, Todorini kukli 87V, 1517 Sofia, Bulgaria. For anything about your data, write to office@pineintro.com.
What we collect and why
When you visit this website
Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
When you book a call
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It collects your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form, so we can hold the call. Cal.com may set cookies that are necessary for the calendar to work. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
When you work with us
We keep contact details, correspondence, call notes, the criteria you give us for introductions, and billing details. Legal basis: performance of our contract, and legal obligations such as accounting and tax.
When we contact you about an introduction
Our service is to find companies that have a current, specific need and introduce them to a company that can meet it. To do that, we process business contact data about people in professional roles: name, job title, company, work email address, and public information about the company's activity (for example, a published job opening, a funding announcement, a product launch or a public filing). We obtain this from public sources and from commercial business-data providers.
We use it to send a small number of relevant business emails and, if you reply with interest, to introduce you to one counterparty. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, and that of the companies we introduce, in relevant business-to-business contact. We keep this limited to professional data, we do not contact you about anything unrelated to your role, and every message makes it easy to say no. If you object, we stop contacting you and keep only your email address on a suppression list so it is never contacted again.
When we make an introduction, we share your name, company, role and the context of your need or offer with the one counterparty we introduce you to, and only after you have agreed to the introduction.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers who process data on our behalf, under data processing terms:
- Google Workspace, for email and documents
- Vercel, for website hosting
- Cal.com, for booking calls
- email-sending and business-data providers, for outreach and contact verification
- accounting and payment providers, for invoicing
We also disclose data to authorities when the law requires it. Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Outreach data: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
- Suppression list: as long as needed to respect your objection.
- Client and billing records: as long as the contract runs, then as required by accounting and tax law (up to 10 years).
- Website logs: a short period set by our hosting provider, usually no longer than 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest, including outreach, and we will stop. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to office@pineintro.com; we answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers, and we keep the data we hold to what the work needs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
